The homeower for this project turned to us to rework his duplex completely, turning a 2 bedroom 2 bath home into a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with newly landscaped garden for perfect townhouse living.

An upper duplex in Boerum Hill got some TLC when we refinished the 100 year floors, upgraded the deck, and repainted throughout. This was a cost effective "turnover" between tenants letting the owner reap higher rents and the new tenants enjoy a newly renovated space.
